The hot dip galvanizing production line consists of wire laying, surface processing, hot dip galvanizing, wire collecting. It is an automatic and continuous production line and is an ideal hot dip galvanizing line with easy and safe operation, good quality products, high efficiency.
Working procedure: put wire rod in the wire feeding stand. Feed wire rod pass through continuous annealing furnace via the pipes. After annealing, wash the oxide material on the surface of the wire by pure water. Wash one more time the wire surface with acid (HCl) to clean oxide material. Wash with hot water to clean rudimental acid from wire surface. Put wire into chemical tank for coating chemicals (Zncl2, Ancl2). Dry wire after being coated with chemicals. Hot dip galvanizing, plating one layer of nice zinc in 450 ? zinc tank (made by ceramic material). Collecting wire after hot dip galvanizing. It is horizontal type wire collecting system.
