Continuous annealing furnace for hot dip galvanizing wire production

The annealing furnace for wire hot dip galvanizing adopts continuous type, and use propane as its fuel. It's the first stage of the wire production. Through the feeding stand, the wire from the rod will be put into the furnace. After heating treatment, the microstructure of the wire will be changed and properties, such as strength and hardness will also be altered. It is the very important stage for determining the final quality of the hot dip galvanizing wire.

Configuration of continuous annealing furnace

The continuous annealing furnace is consisted of several sections of furnace.

• Furnace length: 18.7m , width 2.2m , total 8 sections.

• Furnace---pass through hole---wire, total 24 lines

• Fuel: propane, 21000KK/Nm3

• Propane consumption: 30-40Nm3/t ( 3.1mm wire rod)

• Temperature control precision: +/-1 degree centigrade

• Furnace temperature control range: 600?000 degree centigrade. Regulation

• Temperature control range: +/- 2 C

• The furnace body is made by light and fire/heat insulation materials. Its surface is sealed with complete steel sheet. Temperature protection is very good. Its surface temperature increase is not more 30 degree centigrade.
